ZPlanr Scheduling Systems is a Canadian-built platform for shift-based teams — built for homecare, cleaning, and field service operations.
We created ZPlanr to remove the daily friction of spreadsheets, missed messages, and manual follow-ups.
ZPlanr brings scheduling and operations into one workflow: drag-and-drop shift creation, recurring occurrences, automated reminders, SMS check-in/out for non-technical workers, approvals, and payroll- and invoice-ready records.
Built in Canada and designed for PIPEDA-aligned data practices, ZPlanr helps teams run confidently while respecting client and worker information.
